Joy Kelley Director of Human Resources |
As Director of Human Resources at Tetra Tech Rizzo, Ms. Kelley is responsible for directing all retention and staff recruitment initiatives, managing employee relations issues, oversight of annual review and compensation processes, proactive interface with managers for all of these areas, providing HR perspective on Management Committee initiatives and decisions, and managing to the overall well-being of our employees.
Ms. Kelley has also served as a Dean of Students with responsibilities for mediating student relations issues, staff training, creation of mentoring and orientation programs, and enforcement of policies and procedures. Ms. Kelley holds a B.A. in English Literature from Kenyon College and a M.S. in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University.
