Rich Sperandio, P.E. Senior Vice President Global Federal Sector Leader |
Mr. Sperandio is a Senior Vice President and leader of Tetra Tech Rizzo’s Global Federal Sector. With 30 years experience, he has been involved in a variety of program management and construction management projects, as well as numerous projects involving the planning, design and construction of commercial, municipal, and military facilities, airfields, runways, taxiways, aprons, roads, and infrastructure involving water distribution and treatment, wastewater collection, pumping and treatment, and stormwater systems.
Mr. Sperandio is the Project Principal for the A/E services work on the Overhead Coverage System Program in Iraq. This design/build project for the US Army Corps of Engineers involves the design of more than 60 first-of-a-kind force protection structures developed to protect US soldiers at existing high occupancy facilities at multiple locations in Iraq. Mr. Sperandio is a Registered Professional Engineer in several states and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Society of American Military Engineers, the Water Environment Federation, the American Water Works Association, and the American Society for Quality Control. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.
