How do I Request IT Support?

For any IT related questions, problems, or issues, please click on the Service Request Application shortcut on your Desktop (represented by a blue question mark icon). Once the Service Request Application has launched, please fill in all appropriate fields (See attached PDF file for in depth instructions). This icon will be installed the next time you log off and log in to your computer.
You can access this site remotely using: https://servicerequest.tetratech.com.
If prompted, use your TT login credentials:
tt\user.name
windows logon password
How does this work?
When the Service Request form has been submitted, a ticket will be assigned to the appropriate IT person. Tickets can be tracked, progress followed, and escalated by clicking on the link in the email you’ll receive upon submitting the Service Request. By using this application, it will allow IT to prioritize requests and catalog solutions to assist in future requests. When a Service Request has been completed an e-mail will be sent containing a description of the solution.
