>	Plan NH Merit Award for excellence in planning, design, and construction of the Payson Center for Cancer Care at Concord Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire, as part of the TRO/The Ritchie Organization and Gilbane Company team. (Plan NH is a non-profit foundation whose mission is to support and preserve New Hampshire’s quality of life by creating a forum to improve local New Hampshire communities.)
>	Lowe’s Corporation’s Regional Engineer of the Year Award. This award recognizes outstanding consulting services in support of Lowe’s expansion into the Northeast.
