Through Deaconess Abundant Life Communities, New England Deaconess Association (NEDA) is providing a broad range of quality housing and health and wellness services for seniors which cultivate their desire to age gracefully. The Association offers independent living to assisted living facilities to full nursing care. The goal is to provide services as needs change all in the same location, preventing stressful moves and relocation. Tetra Tech Rizzo has provided professional services for NEDA to develop new healthcare, independent, and assisted living components on its Concord, Massachusetts, campus. We are handling permitting, utility research and analysis, transportation and conceptual services, traffic analysis and impact studies.
