Eligibility
Employees working 24 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in the Tetra Flex Benefits Plans on the first day of the month following their date of hire. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan 90 days after their date of hire.
Dependent Coverage
Employee dependents are also eligible for coverage under the Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plans.
Health Care Benefits
Employees participate in a portion of their medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums through

Dental Coverage – The plan covers preventative services at 100%, basic dental services at 80%, and major dental services at 50%. |

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Through payroll deduction, eligible employees may set aside a portion of their earnings on a pre-tax basis, to later reimburse themselves for eligible expenses.

Healthcare Spending Account – Employees may set aside up to $4,000 per calendar year for eligible health or dental expenses. |

Dependent Care Spending Account – Employees may set aside up to $5,000 per calendar year for eligible expenses related to the care provided for a dependent child or elderly parent so that the employee (and spouse, if married) can work. |
Life Insurance Coverage The following insurance programs are available:

Basic Term Life Insurance – One times annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000 at no cost to the employee. |

Optional Additional Employee and Dependent Life Insurance – Employees may choose to purchase additional coverage up to 4 times annual salary, and/or coverage for dependents. |

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) – Employees may choose to purchase this protection in the event of an accidental death or loss of limb. |

Business Travel Accident – Protects employees should an accident occur while traveling for business. Provided at no cost to the employee. |
Disability Insurance
Our disability insurance plans provide financial assistance to employees should they become disabled.

Short-Term Disability – Provides 60% of weekly salary up to $1,000 after a 14 day elimination period. The premiums for this benefit are paid entirely by the employee through payroll deductions. |

Long-Term Disability – This plan pays 40% of an employee’s monthly salary up to $10,000 after 90 consecutive days of absence. Provided at no cost to the employee. |

Optional Additional Long-Term Disability – Employees may elect to buy an additional 20% of LTD coverage bringing total coverage to 60% of the employee’s monthly salary. |
Time Off With Pay (TOWP)
TOWP combines all Company provided time off with pay into one bank. Time off with pay includes sick time, vacation time, family/personal time, and holidays.
Employee Stock Purchase Program
The Company provides employees with an opportunity to become owners of Tetra Tech Stock through payroll deductions. At the end of the calendar year, employees purchase the stock at the lower of 100% of its value per share at the beginning of the purchase period or at 85% of its value at the end of the purchase period. Employees are eligible to participate in this program annually during Open Enrollment only.
401(k) Plan
Participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan provides employees an opportunity to save for retirement. The Company match is $.50 on the dollar up to 4% of individual contributions.
Tuition Reimbursement
Our program reimburses up to $3,000 per calendar year for job-related and approved college or university courses.
Employee Assistance Program
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to provide confidential telephone consultation and referral services for employees in areas such as work/life balance, parenting, elder care, family/marital relationships and financial/legal advice. This is a Company paid benefit.
